⚠ Do you offer allergy-free cakes?

⚠ If you have allergies, we strongly recommend using caution when consuming our products.
Can I send a picture of the cake I want?
Yes! If you have specific design elements in mind, we encourage you to email the picture(s) you have to customcakephotos@gmail.com before calling. This helps us better understand your vision and is necessary for many custom cakes. Simply include your name in the subject line of the email and attach your picture(s). No other written information is needed, as we only use our email for picture references. Please call us after emailing to discuss any and all information regarding your order.
Please note that colors may appear differently across devices (see 'Can you match my cake to specific colors?' below for more information on colors).
Can you match my cake to specific colors?
Yes! We can create any custom colors.
For color matching, here are three options:
Describe the color – For example: blush pink. We’ll do our best to match it based on the description. Since a Google search for blush pink shows hundreds of variations, we’ll carefully choose the closest shade based on our conversation. However please note that for this option, color changes cannot be made after completion.
Email picture(s) – This provides us with a visual reference, but please note that colors may appear differently across devices. Additionally, the colors in a photo may not match how they looked in person when originally taken due to lighting, camera settings, and other factors. For a more accurate match, we recommend finding a color on Google and emailing a photo of it.
Provide a physical color sample – This option ensures the highest level of accuracy.

We do not provide fresh or silk flowers but keep reading for instructions on how we can add them to your cake. We do offer beautiful gum paste and buttercream flowers.
If you’d like silk flowers your florist may put them on for you, or you’re welcome to purchase them and bring them to us. Please ensure they are from a reputable retailer (such as a craft or department store) and remain unopened. If they have been opened, we will gently clean them following FDA food safety guidelines. Once prepared, we will place them on the cake for you.
If you’d like fresh flowers your florist may put them on for you, or you’re welcome to purchase them and bring them to us (guidelines differ for delivery; contact us for more details). For fresh flower cakes being served at a later date, it's best for your florist to add them closer to serving time to avoid potential decoration issues that may arise from placing them too early.
⚠ We cannot guarantee the food safety of fresh florals or greenery on cakes. If you choose to have them added, please consult with your florist to ensure they are safe for use on or in food.
To keep your cake fresh:
For Saturday: Store the cake in the box that it comes in and refrigerate it.
For Sunday: Store the cake in the box that it comes in and refrigerate it. To help retain moisture, you can optionally wrap the box in plastic wrap or place it inside a non-scented trash bag.
How long will my cake taste fresh?
Unrefrigerated: Up to 3 days (decoration quality may vary).
Refrigerated: Up to 5 days (decoration quality may vary).
Can I store my cake in a cold garage instead of refrigerating it?
We only recommend refrigeration, as a consistent refrigerator temperature helps maintain both freshness and decoration quality.
How long can my cake sit at room temperature before serving?
Cakes should sit at room temperature for no more than one hour before serving.
How do I transport my cake?
To help protect your cake during transport:
Keep the box that the cake comes in level at all times.
Secure the box in place with barriers or have someone hold it. Do not place the box on or in a car seat, booster seat, or buckle it in as this can cause shifting or damage to the cake.
Keep the vehicle temperature as cold as possible. Avoid warm or hot conditions, as heat can rapidly affect the cake’s structure and decorations.
Drive slowly around curves and over bumps.
Avoid sudden stops or sharp turns.
Keep your drive as brief as possible—no more than 45 minutes.
Refrigerate the cake inside of the box that it comes in as soon as possible.
